2021 FS Coastal culture

Coastal culture Norway is surrounded by the Barents Sea, the Norwegian Sea, the North Sea and Skagerrak. The total coastline towards the sea is approximately 2.650 km long. If you include all the fjords and islands in the calculations, Norway has over 25.000 km of coastline. A lot of the Norwegian economy and culture revolves around life by the sea, such as the oil industry, fishing, fish farming, as well as shipping.
