Filipstad Is still under construction. From being a docking point for containers and bulk, this area is also being made available for new apartments. Oslo is growing in population and in need of housing. This will shortly grow into a new part of the city with bars, restaurants, office buildings, shops and recreational offers like cinemas and training facilities.
