On behalf of the captain and his crew, we wish you a warm welcome on board. For the sake or your own safety, we ask you to pay close attention to this announcement: Please make a note of where the emergency exits and fire extinguishers are located. They are clearly marked, and signs on the walls point to where they can be found. Life jackets are carried for all passengers on board. They are located in containers above the seats in the lounge. If instructed by the captain, you must put on a life jacket immediately. Should we have to abandon ship, the crew will launch life rafts. Stay calm and alert, and follow the instructions given by the captain and the crew. We remind you that smoking is not allowed anywhere aboard the vessel. Thanks for your attention.
